ANVIL is a specialist commercial and industrial property brokerage operating nationally. We focus on consistent output, well managed transactions and brokers who are prepared to build results through sustained effort.

We are expanding our brokerage team and are looking for a commercial property broker who wants ownership of their pipeline and clear accountability for performance.

The role

You will manage commercial property transactions within an allocated node, from sourcing opportunities through to signed deals. The role requires consistency, strong follow through and the ability to manage multiple transactions at different stages.

What you will do

Source commercial and industrial property opportunities Build and maintain an active client and deal pipeline Conduct property inspections and client meetings Structure, negotiate and close leasing and sale transactions Manage deals from mandate to signature and occupation Work towards defined performance and billing targets
What we are looking for

Experience in commercial or industrial property (preferred, not essential) Strong work discipline and time management Clear communication and reliable follow through Comfort with negotiation and closing Resilience over long deal cycles
