Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams and deliver projects successfully. As a seasoned project manager, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality

- Lead cross-functional project teams and stakeholders

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate project risks

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in project management

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction

- Strong project management skills, including:

- Project planning and execution

- Risk management

- Resource allocation and management

- Stakeholder management

- Budgeting and cost control

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compulsory:

- BCom in Project Management, BBA or BSc in Computer Sciences

- Agile project management experience

- ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2 certification

- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
