Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee our shopfitting projects from concept through to completion, while managing a team of Project Managers and contributing to new business development.

This is a leadership-focused position requiring a strong operational mindset, exceptional clientfacing capability, and proven success delivering multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Project Manager will drive performance, maintain client satisfaction, protect commercial margins, and ensure our project teams execute at a high standard.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers
Project Delivery

Manage the full lifecycle of shopfitting projects: concept ? design ? approval ? production ? installation ? handover Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
Commercial & New Business Support

Support tendering, quoting, and solution proposals for new business opportunities Participate in client pitches, presentations, and site assessments
Experience & Qualification Requirements

Required:

Grade 12 (Matric) + Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Shopfitting, or related discipline
- Project Management qualification or related experience

Own vehicle and valid driver's licence Minimum 6-8 years' project management experience, including:
? 2+ years at Senior / Lead level, managing teams and multiple complex projects

? 2+ years' experience in shopfitting, manufacturing, construction, or retail fit-out

Proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines Strong financial understanding (budgets, costing, margin control, variations, etc.) Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

In addition to the salary the Company offers 50% medical, provident fund, 13th cheque and fuel card.
