Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the development of visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces using our cutting-edge low-code platform. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle for frontend applications, ensuring rapid delivery, high quality, and close alignment with business and design objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scoping:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

Methodology Implementation:

Implement and enforce agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) tailored to the iterative nature of low-code development, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder & Team Communication:

Act as the critical link between UI/UX designers, low-code developers, backend teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.

Resource and Timeline Management:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules and allocate resources efficiently, tracking progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance Oversight:

Coordinate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing of frontend functionality, performance, and cross-browser/device compatibility, ensuring pixel-perfect quality and adherence to design standards.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify potential risks and technical challenges specific to frontend low-code development (e.g., platform limitations, integration complexities, customization issues) and develop mitigation strategies.

Platform & Technology Alignment:

Ensure technical teams follow platform-specific best practices, architectural guidelines, and security policies, leveraging custom code only when necessary to extend functionality beyond the platform's native capabilities.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain all project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a technology or software development environment, with exposure to frontend or UI projects. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an understanding of front-end frameworks Microsoft Power Platform and Bubble (e.g., React, Angular). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and design tools (e.g., Figma). Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical business users.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus. Hands-on experience with a major low-code platform Knowledge of application performance optimisation
