The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving complex projects related to the seamless retail execution and asset management. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, logistics, and retail execution operations. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.




Role and core responsibilities:





End to end project delivery. SLA/KPI. Client Satisfaction. Reporting. Issue resolution. Commercial ownership - pricing, finance adherence. Team leadership, Mentorship, Culture. Forecasting. Client Relationship and Account Management. Reporting, Scheduling and Administration. Cost Estimates. Extensive experience in managing complex logistics projects in the retail industry. Strategic thinking and ability to align logistics initiatives with organizational objectives. Strong leadership and team management skills. Financial acumen and budgeting expertise in logistics operations. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities at the executive level. Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within logistics. Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization and efficiency in logistics execution.



Requirements and Experience:





Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Honors degree preferred). Relevant certifications in project management advantageous. 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in retail logistics and execution. Experience in managing projects or initiatives from inception to completion. Strong project management skills help in setting clear goals, organizing tasks, and driving results.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
