About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Senior Project Manager

to lead the planning and execution of key client projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent projects Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs Manage project teams, including cross-functional coordination Track project performance using appropriate systems and tools Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership Ensure project compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related field Minimum of

10 years

of proven experience in project management, preferably in public sector Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills High proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting software Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments

Advantageous

Experience in public sector or government tenders Knowledge of POPIA, Municipal SCM, or PFMA compliance Background in printing, logistics, construction, or ICT sectors
