Job Description

Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Plan, execute, and manage cross-functional project tasks to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency
Develop and manage project budgets, including staffing and resource requirements
Ensure each program meets its defined objectives and deliverables
Align priorities with the Department Manager and Engineering Director
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with the companyxe2x80x99s Life Cycle Management (LCM) process
Identify critical paths and major risks and implement mitigation strategies
Proactively address project challenges and resolve conflicts to maintain momentum
Gather and analyse data to identify areas for continuous improvement
Manage communication across all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Provide regular project updates and reports to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate and build consensus with project teams across AEC sites
Coordinate activities with subcontractors during development phases as needed
Work closely with customers and/or program management to meet agreed deliverables and milestonesSkills & Experience:
Proven track record in leading end-to-end program strategy and reporting to senior leadership
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Effective communicator with solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
Financial, contractual, and commercial acumen
Experience in electronic or high-tech industries preferred; aerospace experience, especially with software/hardware standards like DO-178 and DO-254, is a strong advantage
Skilled in using data and metrics to drive performance improvementsQualification:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in engineering (BSc Eng) or a Project Management certification
