Experience working with telecom and VoIP vendors.



Coordination with vendors for installations, upgrades, and incident resolution.



Working well with cross-functional teams, including specialists, BAs, business users and vendors.

Assessing and analysing different options for the requirements of the project.



Prepare cost estimates of IT infrastructure.



Meeting stakeholders and assessing IT infrastructure needs.



Travelling may be required.



Education



Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.



5-6 years of experience as an Applications & Infrastructure PM.



Knowledge of Mining systems / Mining environment.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with the delivery of application projects (geofencing technology, GIS systems, or operational safety solutions is an advantage.



Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the project.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, IT specialists and operational staff to define requirements and deliver solutions.



Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks.



Lead or support voice-related IT projects across multiple business units.



Experience with Service Now for automating and streamlining business processes.



Familiarity with ITIL service management practices is a plus.
