DUTIES
Collaborate closely with key Exhibition stakeholders and ensure fluidity of communication facilitating global and local overall exchanges by identifying the right expert for each topic
Actively engaging with teams to create a regional HUB and amplify project efforts with a dedicated plan
Manage the workstream hosting program with local sales teams and guests
Assist local teams to develop all local collaterals - trade partners menu, inserts, flyers etc.
Manage the upstream as well as the daily operations with running agency
Coordinate boutique and restaurant inventory supplies, set-up with running agency and caterer
Coordinate furniture needs and staff outfits
Coordinate events planning and internal site visits during set-up and running
Manage with local team for staff recruitment & training requirements - venue manager, brand ambassadors, boutique and restaurant, security etc
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
