CORPORATE SERVICES Senior Professional Officer - Space Planning
Requirements
Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification preferably a B Tech or
first Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies,
Architectural Technology or Interior Design
5 - 8 Years relevant experience
Computer Literacy
SAP Proficiency
Valid Code EB Drivers Licence
Preference will be given to candidates with Revit experience
and Professional Registration
Key Performance Areas
Assisting with the development, implementation and
maintenance of a Space Management procedures,
guidelines and specifications.
Determining design and technical specifications and
guidelines including development of norms and standard
in relation to Office Accommodation.
Assisting with managing the City Accommodation environment
in a compliant, efficient and cost-effective manner and to
enhance staff and customer centricity and to support remote
working and business continuity enablement.
Auditing, designing, implementing and establishing the City's
Office Accommodation in an efficient, effective, optimal,
uniform and coordinated manner.
Assist with implement appropriate communication strategies
with fellow professionals as well as internal and external
clients to share and work on issues of common interest and
to share information.
Review and quality assurance of all documentation, design
as well as on site assessments.
