Current registration with SANC
At least 5 - 6 years' experience
A Valid Drivers' License
Key Performance Areas
Plan, coordinate and implement training programmes for City
Health Staff.
Provide coaching, mentoring and supervision to staff.
Participate in the development of self and others.
Monitor, evaluate and analyse training programmes.
Collaborating externally and internally with professional and non-
professional staff on training matters.
Apply administrative and reporting procedures with regard to
training.
To attend to diverse functions as requested by Manager
Performs functions in an acting capacity.
