Senior Professional Architect - Commercial and Retail
Location: Sandton, Gauteng
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: R25,000 - R70,000 per month (Negotiable on experience and qualifications)
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- B Arch or similar
- SACAP registration is preferred
- 5 - 10+ years experience in retail and commercial architecture field
- Design orientated and technical skilled
- Revit, Autocad, SketchUp and Lumion preferred multidisciplinary software skills
- Prepare reports, technical drawings and architectural specifications
- Perform site inspections and attend meetings
- Perform research and investigations
- Provide technical and administrative support
- Ensure that all quality system procedures are followed in the production and issuing of designs, costing, drawings and standard details
- Regular contact and communication
