Growing property solutions group with a robust global reach requires the expertise of a seasoned Portfolio Manager to take charge of one of their key accounts. The company has more than 300 commercial and retail properties in its portfolio and is expanding in Africa. This role will overlook 12 sites and key duties will include the following:

  • Relationship management with clients/tenants
  • Financial reporting and budgets
  • Optimizing revenue streams
  • Running daily operations - contractors, repairs, maintenance, and general building administration

Requirements:
  • Business of Property related qualification
  • 4 to 5 years experience in portfolio/property management
  • Experience in managing commercial and retail properties
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Property-related software packages
  • Good business acumen and problem-solving skills
