Senior Production Manager (Citrus Farming exp) - Patensie, Eastern CapeResponsibilities:Record keeping and administration.Implementation of irrigation, fertilizer, spraying, pruning etc.Management of staff.Adhere to and implement health and Safety Standards.Organise maintenance of the farm property.Development: Planning and management of any development.Budgeting and maintenance of accurate financial records.Responsible for advanced planning to maximise production.Experience and Qualifications:Drivers licenseExcellent Managerial and people skills that can effectively manage staff across all levels.A degree, diploma in Agriculture or BSc Agri .Computer literate in Office Suite.Telephone etiquette and to be able to handle suppliers, clients etc in an effective way.5+ Yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Citrus Farm Manager/ soft fruits / sufficient project managing and technical skills could also fit the role.Confident and well presented.Good time management skills.Deadline drivenCan work in a fast paced, pressured environment.Please consider your application unsuccessful should you not receive a response from Top Vitae Recruitment's Consultants within two weeks of applying.
