Requirements
A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in any Built Environment
discipline
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at appropriate level. Knowledge of the implementation of National Building Regulations
and SANS standards and requirements
Computer literacy in MS Office Applications A valid Code B/EB driver's
Key Performance Areas
Process building development applications Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, requirements
and laws
Perform administration duties Liaise with internal and external parties
