Senior Piping Draughtsman

Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Piping Draughtsman to join their team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed piping drawings for projects. With remuneration ranging from R480k to R360k per annum.
Requirements:
- Completed Drafting Certificate/Diploma from a recognized institution.
- 5-7 years piping 3D drafting experience in the Mineral Processing or Industrial Engineering industry.
- Candidate requires strong skills in Autodesk programs (3D AUTOCAD Required).
- Needs to generate 3D models inside of Autodesk Plant 3D with a full understanding of the software.
- Inputting of piping specifications, including MOCxe2x80x99s, flanges, valves, and gaskets.
- Troubleshoot design issues inside Autodesk Plant 3D.
- Run ISO-gen and prepare ISOxe2x80x99s; accurately input client design requirements and modify as necessary.
- Prepare general arrangements, orthoxe2x80x99s, plans, elevations, and details.
- Work with the mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumental disciplines in the design and 3D mode.
