Our successful Senior Payroll Manager ...
? ensure that the payroll and service provider payments are processed accurately, on time and strictly in terms of company policies and statutory requirements
? audit payroll data and take action to ensure accuracy at all times especially on the payroll system
? prepare and submit accurate financial and HR reports on time to the team and to the Group
? accurately reconcile the payroll with the general ledger and cash book by deadline
? ensure the payroll staff impress internal customers with professional and friendly service
? build a competent and motivated payroll department through confident and caring leadership.
? able to create and maintain customized reports on Sage 300 People
? ensure the payroll system parameters and informed changes are applied accurately and timeously
? ensure updates and contain good payroll control measures are in place
If you have these qualifications, join our team: A Payroll or relevant qualification, ability to think analytically, Sage 300 People experience and at least five years' experience in a similar role.
