About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Multimedia Graphic Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across digital and print channels. You'll transform complex ideas into engaging videos, infographics, publications, social media content, and digital assets that strengthen our brand and drive audience engagement.

This is a fully remote position for a US-based company. Operational hours will be SA-based, with some overlap for core US hours (EST). This is an independent contractor position, which means applicants will be responsible for paying their own local taxes. Applicants must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.

What You'll Do

Conceptualise and produce video content including motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos from storyboard through final delivery. Design high-impact infographics, brochures, ebooks, and white papers that communicate complex information clearly and beautifully. Create engaging social media graphics and video content optimised for various platforms. Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective creative solutions. Support web projects with design assets, landing pages, and basic front-end implementation. Support business and leadership with ad hoc requests.

What You'll Bring

We need a seasoned professional who can quickly grasp concepts, work independently, and consistently deliver polished, high-quality work with minimal direction.

7+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia expertise across video, print, and digital. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Experience with additional creative tools such as Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Proven expertise in video production workflows, motion graphics principles, and animation techniques. Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills for both print and digital. Understanding of social media platform requirements and best practices for visual content. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with web design principles. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver on deadline.

Nice to Have

Experience with 3D design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender). Knowledge of UX/UI principles. Photography or illustration skills.

Pay: R18000,00 - R25000,00 per month
