Main purpose of the job:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function with a strong focus on lead generation strategy and management. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, optimising performance marketing, and ensuring measurable business growth. While brand-building and communications remain important, the primary mandate is to deliver a high-quality, high-volume pipeline of leads that directly supports revenue objectives.
Reporting to the Executive Committee, the Senior Marketing Manager will oversee a substantial marketing budget, manage a high-performing team, and align marketing initiatives with organizational strategy.
Lead Generation & Demand Strategy

  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel lead acquisition strategies.
  • Manage high-volume lead funnels (35,000+ monthly leads), ensuring quality, conversion, and ROI.
  • Develop and refine demand generation campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Referrals).
  • Align lead strategy with sales objectives, ensuring seamless handoff and measurable revenue impact.
  • Forecast lead volumes and campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet growth targets.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Drive ROI through data-driven campaigns, optimising CPL, CPA, NTU and retention metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Apply attribution modelling to measure campaign effectiveness and inform budget allocation.
Digital Transformation & E-commerce
  • Champion digital innovation, including app redesigns and online store development.
  • Implement CRO strategies, including A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Media & Partnerships
  • Negotiate directly with media owners (TV, radio, OOH) to maximize value and reduce costs.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with financial institutions and corporate collaborators.
  • Oversee brand activations, events and experiential campaigns that support lead generation.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Align team objectives with organisational strategy and performance goals.
  • Encourage collaboration across departments to ensure marketing initiatives support company-wide priorities.
Brand & Communications
  • Align brand positioning and communications with Brand Architecture and DNA
  • Oversee internal and external communications to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values.
  • Produce and execute in-house TV and radio campaigns.

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within finance or professional services.
  • Proven experience managing brand consistency across multiple offices or regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns, elevate brand presence, and engage professional audiences.
