Project Leadership: Take ownership of marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring all initiatives align with the overall business goals.
Investor Engagement: Design and implement marketing campaigns that appeal to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Property Sales Marketing: Develop and lead targeted marketing campaigns to support property sales efforts.
Creative Leadership: Drive the development of high-quality marketing packs and materials that are visually engaging and tailored to target audiences.
Social Media Oversight: Analyze and manage all social media teams to ensure brand alignment and effective engagement strategies.
Self-Starter & Team Leadership: Be a proactive leader who can initiate and manage marketing projects independently, guiding teams effectively.
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing management experience, ideally within the property or real estate sector
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
