Senior Marketing Coordinator - Cape TownThe Faircape Group constitutes a group of companies with interests in a number of activities including Inpower (Solar, Backup Power, Generators, Power Management), CCTV Technologies, Healthcare, Retirement Holdings, Telecommunications, and an ISP, Utility Management and infrastructure installation, Property Management, and related activities.Faircape Group is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team and provide support to the Marketing Manager in various aspects of marketing strategy and execution.The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate various marketing initiatives.Specific duties include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand awareness.Community management on social media platformsThe role will require management of production in sourcing quotes, arranging campaign collateral, reviewing final output, liaising with external agencies and ensuring timelines are managed and communicated - fulfilling the role of campaign and project managerThis role incorporates xe2x80x9ctrafficxe2x80x9d responsibilities wherein briefs are received from internal clients and allocated to the teamAssist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives.Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.Assist in organising events, trade shows, on site activations and other marketing activities.Target specific market segments to increase sales revenuePlanning and project management of field marketing/activations will be required from time to timeAssist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.Analyse brand positioning and consumer insightsResearch and analyse target market, industry trends and competitors activitiesTarget specific market segments to increase sales revenueQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or related majorExperience and Knowledge:Proven experience within a similar roleExperience in marketing with various industries will be a distinct advantageExtensive digital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, running digital campaigns, lead capturing and SEO).Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to managementSkills & Attributes:Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Highly organized with excellent project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Specific Requirements:Clear health recordClear criminal recordClear credit recordContactable referencesWe offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont.Salary on offer is from R30 000 Cost To Company per month.
