Manages the key performance areas and result indicators contributing to integrated architectural
solution and outputs.
Key Responsibility Areas
Identifies and defines the immediate, short and long term objectives/plans associated with
the delivery of a structural engineering management services.
Directs and controls the key activities/programmes associated with structural engineering
design and construction projects.
Manages the formulation of specific contracts and tender documents and controls
contractual obligations.
Conceive, interpret and align structural concepts.
Disseminates strategic, functional and operational information on the immediate, short and
long term objectives and current developments problems and constraints.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering (NQF Level 8) in Civil
Engineering.
Registered as a Professional Civil Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa
(ECSA).
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
7 years relevant experience of which 5 years must be post registration experience
