Lead and manage the Settlement of financial transactions originating on the Securities Lending and Borrowing Desk in line with market rules, directives, policies and deadlines to achieve defined targets and quality standards and minimise risk whilst maintaining a positive client experience to give effect to the contractual and regulatory obligations of SLB during the term of the GMSLA.

Advanced financial markets experience in a Custody environment. Advanced knowledge of relevant SLB systems and trends in the industry. Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risk using appropriate risk management methodology / tools. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team and projects.
