Qualifications:

B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Behavioral Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits

Minimum requirements:

10 years' experience in general human resources, remuneration, benefits, conditions of service, labour relations, and project management
