Primary Job Purpose:

Provide Strategic and Operational Leadership to all aspects of the site acquisition rollout of the MTN SA radio access network infrastructure. Drive the acquisition of property for technical facilities necessary to ensure the steady rollout of BTS and transmission sites, as well as ensure the maintenance of current leases and permits. Drive site acquisition in strategic and 'difficult' areas * Train and Build regional teams to manage the acquisition rollout efficiently and effectively
