Position: Senior Manager Metallurgy (Mining)

Purpose of the position:
- The role will be responsible for the overall development, design, implementation, and execution of metallurgical processing in the operation.
- Supporting the operational managers and bringing synergy between operations and is directly involved in the design and operations standards.
- B Eng Processing or Extraction Metallurgy
- Honours or masters degree will be an advantage.
- Management Development Program
- 10 years experience in the mineral processioning and metallurgy / mining industry.
- 5 years experience in projects, and process design environment
- 5 years in a management experience.
- Experience in the mining industry is essential.
- Management of Operations and Strategy in the mining Division
- Budgeting and Management if Financial Resources
- Compliance of the SHEQ Standards.
- Governance and Management of Projects
- Leading and the Management of Human Resources.
- Record Management and Reporting.
- Managing Metallurgical Processes and al laboratories
