Job Summary Essential requirements :

A qualified CA (SA)
A proven track record of 5 -8 years of financial experience
Proficiency in real estate/ property
HOA will be advantageous
Exceptional management skills
Strategic leadership abilities to drive financial growth and success
Practical knowledge of accounting software and enterprise resource planning ERP software

Duties and responsibilities :

Provide input into the development of the Companyxe2x80x99sxe2x80x99 financial strategic plan and implementation thereof
Participate and advise on policy development
Identify inefficiencies and recommends amendments to existing SOPs
Provide continuous training pertaining to procedures
Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
Prepare the annual operating and capital expenditure budget
Prepare Monthly Financial and Variation reports for Finance Committee and Board review
Review the Companyxe2x80x99sxe2x80x99 performance and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
