Job Description
Our client, a lifestyle estate requires a Senior Manager : Finance, to manage financial operations while ensuring sound accounting policies and practices are applied consistently across the function
Essential requirements :
- A qualified CA (SA)
- A proven track record of 5 -8 years of financial experience
- Proficiency in real estate/ property
- HOA will be advantageous
- Exceptional management skills
- Strategic leadership abilities to drive financial growth and success
- Practical knowledge of accounting software and enterprise resource planning ERP software
- Provide input into the development of the Company's' financial strategic plan and implementation thereof
- Participate and advise on policy development
- Identify inefficiencies and recommends amendments to existing SOPs
- Provide continuous training pertaining to procedures
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Prepare the annual operating and capital expenditure budget
- Prepare Monthly Financial and Variation reports for Finance Committee and Board review
- Review the Company's' performance and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
