Proficiency in real estate/ property

Practical knowledge of accounting software and enterprise resource planning ERP software

Duties and responsibilities :xc3x82

Provide input into the development of the Companyxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99sxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 financial strategic plan and implementation thereofxc3x82
Participate and advise on policy developmentxc3x82
Identify inefficiencies and recommends amendments to existing SOPsxc3x82
Provide continuous training pertaining to procedures
Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered toxc3x82 xc3x82
Prepare the annual operating and capital expenditure budget
Prepare Monthly Financial and Variation reports for Finance Committee and Board review xc3x82
Review the Companyxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99sxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 performance and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
