Senior Manager Enterprise Engineering
Job Description
The Senior Manager Enterprise Engineering will lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale platforms and integrations that power this Fintech's core business operations. This role is accountable for building scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise systems that connect wallets, channels, ERP, and partner ecosystems--enabling rapid innovation, seamless customer experiences, and operational excellence across markets.
As a platform engineering leader, this role will:
- Shape the enterprise engineering vision and roadmap
- Drive secure-by-design and API-first enablement across products and services
- Orchestrate cross-functional squads, partners, and vendors to accelerate delivery
- Ensure enterprise platforms meet business agility, compliance, and resilience requirements
Build a culture of engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement
