To originate and generate new to bank clients for Standard Bank Business & Commercial Clients, where the focus is on structured transactions and driving NII growth. To act as subject matter expert where leveraged acquisition finance (LAF) solutions where required.

Experience in commercial banking or similar environment. Experience in debt structuring solutions. Knowledge and understanding of debt structuring policies, systems and procedures, credit and compliance matters. Knowledge and understanding of different industry sectors and sector risk profiles and trends. Understanding of business and financial management principles and practices to ensure cost containment, cost efficiency and effectiveness and profitability.
