Senior Manager : Business Integration

Job Description


To coordinate the end-to-end integration of Business solutions across various delivery teams and environments to ensure the alignment of delivery to client and business value objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Seek opportunities to improve business processes and/or systems by providing subject matter expertise in identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank.
  • Share business knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
  • Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes (e.g., systems and operational processes) that will improve the functioning of the businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
  • Maintain and build on existing client relationships through regular communication.
  • Contribute to overall performance of team by sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Enhance current methodologies/ policies and practices by keeping abreast of new industry developments and seeking opportunities for improvements.
  • Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g., staff surveys etc.).
  • Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g., Green Strategy).
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Analysis / Process Engineering
  • Certification in SDLC and ITIL
Minimum Experience Level
  • 5 - 10 years Banking experience
  • 3 - 5 years Business Analysis / Process Engineering / Agile Delivery
