Key Responsibilities


Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and case files. Experience in contract drafting and negotiation Prepare, review, and process legal correspondence and reports. Assist in drafting and proofreading contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Coordinate with external law firms and regulatory bodies as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track deadlines for legal matters. Support legal team in research and data collection for ongoing cases or projects. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.




Key Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred). 4-5 years of Proven experience in legal administration or similar role. Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
