Job Description
Job Summary Required qualification and working knowledge:
- LLB Degree
- 2 - 3 Years of experience with Employment Law
- 2+ Years of experience representing clients at the CCMA and/or Bargaining Council
- Admission as an Attorney or Advocate
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of labour law
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent administrative, time management, communication, and writing skills
- Must demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and confidence.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Possess a valid driver's license
