Technical & Operational

Design, implement, and manage ICT solutions

(networks, servers, cloud, security systems) tailored to client needs

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

for client systems, ensuring minimal downtime

Monitor and optimize ICT infrastructure

to guarantee high availability and performance for client environments

Ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements

(security, data protection, SLAs)

Client Engagement & Service Delivery

Act as the primary technical advisor

to clients, translating business needs into ICT solutions

Provide advanced technical support and consultancy

to clients on products and services offered

Lead client ICT projects

from planning to execution, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets

Prepare and present technical documentation, proposals, and reports

to clients in a clear, professional manner

Train and guide client staff

on new systems, applications, and ICT best practices

Strategic & Leadership

Collaborate with sales and account teams

to design ICT solutions that align with client goals

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ICT products and services

to existing clients

Stay updated on emerging technologies

and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client competitiveness

Mentor junior ICT staff

and provide leadership in technical problem-solving and project execution

Internal Support & Collaboration

o

Assist the Marketing and Tender Manager Division with technical input, solution design, and documentation for bids and proposals

o

Provide technical expertise during tender preparation, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness of ICT solutions offered

o

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align ICT capabilities with business strategy

o

Support internal ICT systems to ensure smooth company operations and service delivery

Cybersecurity

o

Implement and monitor robust security measures to protect client and company systems

o

Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis

o

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry security standards

o

Respond to and resolve cybersecurity incidents swiftly to minimize impact

Cloud Solutions

Design and deploy cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for clients Manage cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency Optimize cloud environments for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness Provide ongoing support and monitoring of cloud services

Data & AI

o

Develop and manage data storage, analytics, and reporting solutions for clients

o

Implement AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance client operations and decision-making

o

Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards

o

Advise clients on emerging AI and data technologies for competitive advantage

Hardware & Infrastructure

*Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware systems (servers, PCs, networking equipment)
Ensure hardware compatibility with software and cloud solutions

*Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues for both clients and internal teams

Recommend hardware upgrades and procurement strategies aligned with client needs
