You also hold an industry-recognised certification in Project Management, equipping you with the frameworks and tools to lead with confidence and precision.

Skills Requirements

You are an experienced professional with 8-10 years of hands-on project management expertise, having successfully led diverse initiatives from inception to completion. Your background includes working with project management software and applying both traditional and agile methodologies. You understand the full system development lifecycle and have a strong grasp of IT infrastructure, data communications, and service management principles. Your ability to coach teams and facilitate agile ceremonies positions you as a catalyst for empowered leadership and accountable delivery.Success in this role calls for a dynamic blend of technical and interpersonal skills. You are fluent in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organisation. Your negotiation skills enable you to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and foster win-win outcomes.
