We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic transition initiative. This role requires deep experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects and enterprise system migrations, particularly in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of an IT transition project, including infrastructure and service migration.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and continuity.
Oversee technical components such as domain migrations, network configuration, and Microsoft 365 environment setup.
Engage with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and ensure timely execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver clear and consistent updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated success as a Senior IT Project Manager, especially in transition or transformation projects.
In-depth knowledge of:
Networking infrastructure and principles
Microsoft 365 (M365) and domain migration
Enterprise IT integrations and organisational transitions
Experience with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-motivated with excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
Experience managing cross-border or multinational IT initiatives
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
