What we are looking for: An experienced and knowledgeable Senior Interior Designer.
What you will do:
- Produce interior design and architecture services in line with required drawings and detailing for client
- Effective budget management for design projects, report and keep on top of cost estimates to feedback to client
- Meet pre-determined targets and deadlines
- Produce and review the site progress report, flagging any issues before they have financial implications
- Adhere and maintain company values and ethics at all times
- Manage and participate in internal and client meetings to provide feedback to the team
- Provide support and guidance in all stages of the project within the design and architectural teams
- Adhere to the execution of architectural and interior design drawing standards
- Identify and voice potential pitfalls and challenges in the design to the team
- Relevant degree in qualification in interior design
- At least 6 years within a mid-level, senior or managerial interior design role
- Proven and previous experience within a high-end hospitality related field specifically resorts, lodges etc
- Proven experience in running and leading a team within project and outside of project
- Understand and able to work with procurement team as well as architectural team
