- B.Tech in Computer Studies or Electrical Engineering or B.Sc. in Computer Science or B.Eng + 5 years of relevant experience
- Masters Degree (MSc.Eng. or M.Eng.) + 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong Java development skills
- Solid understanding of database systems and data integration techniques
- Experience with C++, Go (Google Go), and Python or other scripting languages
- Proven experience in software integration and working with complex system environments
- Background or knowledge of the telecommunications industry
