Job Description
SENIOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN (SECURITY)
Overview: To manage all installations at various sites in the Northern and Southern areas of Durban.
Duties:
Installation of CCTV and Access Control systems.
Manage a technician and assist with the installation standard required as per client's agreement.
Do maintenance and fault finding for all the company's products.
Responsible for stock control.
Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and issued to admin department.
Daily reporting and mileage correctly recorded.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years previous experience,
PSIRA certification beneficial,
SAIDSA certification beneficial,
Must have good installation, maintenance and fault-finding experience of all major CCTV and Access Control systems,
Own reliable vehicle - preferably bakkie,
Very well presented with excellent communication skills (English),
Very reliable (must have contactable references),
Credit and criminal checks to be conducted on successful applicant,
Remuneration:
R25k CTC negotiable plus cell, laptop, business travel on claim basis (must have a bakkie), protective clothing.
