About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior Account Support Representative

to provide both commercial and administrative support to our Account Managers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless operations from quote to delivery while maintaining high-quality service. Flexibility to work across departments is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management:

Serve as the first point of contact, coordinating the full order process from quotation to delivery

Support:

Assist Account Managers with commercial and administrative tasks

Stock Management:

Maintain accurate stock records and manage availability

Commercial Activities:

Support business-to-business sales with strong product and service knowledge

SAP & CRM Management:

Ensure accuracy of information in SAP, CRM and other business systems

Coaching & Collaboration:

Foster a positive team environment and provide guidance on challenging tasks

Internal & External Communication:

Maintain relationships with colleagues and negotiate with suppliers effectively

Required Qualifications & Skills

A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, customer service or a related field (for example, a diploma, advanced certificate or applied bachelor's degree) Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar commercial role Proficient in MicrosoftOffice; experienced with CRM software Excellent spoken and written English Strong organisation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
