Job Summary Experience required: Grade 12 / Matric Suitable qualification Minimum of 5 years experience in Estates Capable of drafting L&Ds Recons Consulting comfortably Fluent in Afrikaans & English Duties: Consulting with clients directly Understanding to complete Obtain Letters of Executorship/Letters of Authority for estates and Trusts Consulting with all necessary institutions to obtain certificates of balance. Attending to transfer / sale of properties Attending to closure of all accounts Attending to transfer of all assets to heirs. Drafting of Liquidation and Distribution Accounts. Placing of Account adverts. Attending to Distribution and Reconciliation of Estate. Obtaining filing notice. Visit Master of the High Court to obtain documents. Register Trusts Register trusts for tax. Submit trust documents to auditors. Ensuring compliance with SARS and obtaining TCC Any other ad hoc duties as may be required by management. Filing and general administrative duties
