Job Description

Responsible for processing salary and allowances, deduction payments, third party imports and exports and assisting the HC Systems Administrator with the configuration of modules as directed, including the compilation of system documentation e.g. operating manuals on the Human Capital and Payroll Management system.
This post reports to MANAGER (HC SYSTEMS)
Key Responsibility Areas

• Processing of salary increases on the HRIS system and administering the master pay scale information against which the payroll is processed.
• Creation and maintenance of personal to holder grades, salaries and allowances on the system.
• Process the performance grade lines and allowances on the system for implementation.
• Process the payroll import and export interface files (e.g. 3rd parties, insurances, garnishees).
• Reconciliation and payment process of all deductions on the system.
• Provide assistance to the HR systems administrators with the configuration of modules e.g. Occupational Health and Safety incidents logging.

Essential Requirements

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) field.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

• Degree (NQF Level 7) in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) field.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
