Job Description
This is a permanent full-time role as a Senior Human Resources Generalist in our Mount Edgecombe, South Africa office. Are you a seasoned HR Representative with experience overseeing HR Generalists, and insight on accurately implementing HR procedures and policies? If so, then this role is for you. The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Ensures the accurate implementation of HR Admin and IR Processes
- Work closely with the Payroll department
- Reviewing and the implementation of Policies and Procedures
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to managers in regard to IR / HR related queries
- Ensure consistent application of HR processes
- Investigates and resolves employee complaints / grievances.
- Chairs disciplinary enquiries
- CCMA Representation
- Reviewing, amending, updating and issuing of contracts timeously
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
