A leading debt collection company in the financial services sector, based in Cape Town CBD, is seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to manage the full human resources function of our 120-seater call centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
Coordination of training and development initiatives
Employee engagement and wellness programmes
Talent management and performance monitoring
Implementation of retention strategies
Industrial and employee relations, including disciplinary processes
Payroll processing on VIP
General HR administration and compliance
Minimum Requirements:
A qualification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology is advantageous
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist in a call centre environment
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR practices
Experience working with VIP Payroll
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R30000,00 - R35000,00 per month
