Senior Geochemistry/environmental Geology Consultant
Job Description
A large consulting company with offices around the world is looking for a Senior Geochemistry/Environmental Geology Consultant.
This position offers the opportunity to join a network of technical experts worldwide. It offers the opportunity to work on large, complex and challenging projects with a team of great people.
Minimum requirements:
Degree in Geochemistry or Geology (Honours) or higher / other relevant degree.
Pr.Sci.Nat.
5 to 10 years experience.
Willingness to travel within and outside South Africa.
Excellent geochemistry knowledge.
Analytical and integrative skills across diverse sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage geochemistry, contamination, and remediation projects.
Compile proposals and reports.
Coordinate project schedules.
Manage budgets.
Appoint and manage sub-contractors.
Develop and sustain new business and client relationships.
Mentor junior colleagues.
