Senior Commercial Claims Consultant xe2x80x93 Cape Town CBD

Commercial Claims Consultant with minimum 3 years' Commercial Claims experience in the Short Term Insurance Claims environment, specifically with a Broker with a binder facility, required to start asap.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• RE Certificate essential
• Relevant FAIS accreditation required
• Minimum 3 years relevant commercial claims experience essential
• Experience within a Brokerage with a binder facility, preferred

Responsibilities:

• Ensure minimization of claims and claims expenses
• Relationship building with all stakeholders
• Client service
• Claims administration - received notification, process claim, appoint assessors, assess claim validity and administer validated claims
• Obtain quotes for products/repairs
• Negotiations with service providers, 3rd parties and 3rd party Insurers
• Settle claims
• Payment
• Salvage and recovery registers
• Recoveries
• Assist with Management Reports
• Follow adherence of underwriting process for cancellations
