Job Summary Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Honours or professional qualification preferred: SAICA/SAIPA articles, CIMA, ACCA)
3-5 years' experience in fund accounting or financial services
Strong working knowledge of NAV calculations, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance
Hands-on experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., Investran, Paxus, eFront, or similar)
Experience with private equity, hedge funds, or real estate structures advantageous
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
