As a

Full Stack Developer

, joining our expanding Development team, you'll contribute an integral part into frontend development utilizing the HubSpot CMS with backend development involving serverless functions, custom workflow actions, and React-based UI extensions.


You are someone who possess strong skills across the entire stack, exhibits a passion for developing scalable and efficient solutions, and demonstrates a curiosity about how AI can enhance and transform development methodologies.

Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on

Full Stack Development

Build and maintain web pages, templates, and emails in HubSpot CMS using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React). Develop serverless functions and custom coded workflow actions in HubSpot. Create React-based UI extensions for enhanced user experience. Implement and manage API integrations with external SaaS platforms. Contribute to architectural discussions to improve system design and maintainability.
Standards & Quality

Write reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Work with QA to fix bugs and ensure quality across solutions. Engage in scoping sessions to estimate efforts and suggest efficient solutions.
AI-Driven Development

Utilize AI tools to improve coding, debugging, testing, and documentation. Explore innovative AI applications in development workflows and share findings with the team. Stay updated on new AI technologies beneficial for HubSpot development.
Collaboration & Growth

Communicate technical concepts, progress, and challenges clearly. Offer technical input in client meetings as needed. Suggest improvements for Huble's website and digital solutions. Show initiative and contribute to mentorship and technical strategy discussions.

? To excel in this role, you should have the following

With 4-8 years overall full stack development experience, and a strong interest in using AI as part of development workflows, your experience should encompass the following:



Frontend:

HTML5, CSS3 (semantic, responsive, modular). JavaScript & React (experience in HubSpot CMS modules and UI a plus). Tailwind & modern CSS practices.
Backend:

Node.js (serverless functions, scalable services). Experience with custom workflow actions in HubSpot. React for HubSpot UI extensions. API development and integrations (REST, GraphQL, HubSpot APIs).
General:

Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and HubSpot ecosystem. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev tools. Advantageous: experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., n8n, Workato, Boomi). Familiarity with various LLMs and AI fundamentals
