Job Summary Hire Resolves client is looking for a Senior Foreman to join their team in Cape Town. The company always ensures the best results for their clients in the projects being delivered, these include Renovations & Alterations, New Builds (commercial/ multi- residential), Tenant Installations, Refurbishments and Maintenance.
:
- Relevant qualification in the built environment or trade certification
- 10 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
- Must be familiar with industry best practices, quality assurance and OHS.
- Assertive Management skills in managing subcontractors, site labour & resources effectively
